only, and the actual stone may vary depending on the selected slab, lighting, photography and screen

Orders & Specifications
Our products are customized based on the sizes, dimensions, finish and options selected on our
website. We encourage customers to review the product details and specifications before placing an
order. Production will be based on the selections confirmed at the time of order.
Payment & Order Processing
All orders require full payment at the time of placing the order. Production will begin only after the
payment has been successfully received and the selected slab has been approved by the customer.
Once an order is confirmed, any changes to the selected specifications may not be possible once
production has commenced.
Slab Selection & Production
Before production begins, photographs of the selected slab will be shared with the customer for
approval. Production will commence only after the customer confirms the selected slab.
Once production is completed, photographs of the finished product will be shared with the customer
for reference and confirmation. Following slab approval, the material or finished product will be
prepared for delivery within two weeks, subject to the applicable product and delivery arrangements.
Delivery & Inspection
Customers are requested to inspect the material or finished product upon delivery. Any visible
damage, shortage or discrepancy should be reported to us promptly, with supporting photographs, so
that we can review and assist accordingly.
Care & Maintenance
Natural stone requires proper care and maintenance to preserve its appearance and performance.
Recommended cleaning, sealing and maintenance practices should be followed according to the type
and finish of the stone.
Cancellation & Refunds
As our products are customized, cancellation or refund requests may be subject to the status of the
order and the stage of production. Any applicable cancellation or refund will be reviewed and handled
based on the circumstances of the order.
Acknowledgement of Terms
By placing an order and making payment, the customer confirms that they have reviewed and
accepted the selected product, dimensions, specifications, payment terms and applicable terms and
conditions, including the natural characteristics of the selected stone, slab approval process,
production process, delivery arrangements, inspection requirements and applicable cancellation and
refund policies.
