Delivery Coverage
• Dubai & Sharjah: Free delivery is provided for orders of AED 600 and above.
• Orders below AED 600: Delivery charges will apply.
• Other Emirates: Delivery charges will apply based on the delivery location and order
requirements.
Delivery Timeline
Once full payment has been received and the selected slab has been confirmed, your order will
proceed to production and will be completed and delivered within 2 weeks.
Delivery timelines may vary slightly depending on the product, customization requirements, site
conditions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. If there is any significant change
to the expected delivery timeline, we will keep you informed.
Delivery Arrangements
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery location is ready and accessible before
the scheduled delivery date. This includes, where applicable:
• Suitable access for the delivery vehicle.
• Required building or community gate passes and access permissions.
• Elevator access and approval for transporting the product through the building.
• Confirmation that the product can be safely moved through entrances, corridors, lifts,
stairways, and other access points.
• Any required permissions or arrangements with building management, security, or the
relevant authorities.
Where special access arrangements are required, customers should arrange and confirm these
in advance to avoid delivery delays
Delivery & Receipt
The customer or an authorized representative should be available to receive the product at the
agreed delivery time. The customer is encouraged to inspect the product upon delivery and
promptly notify us of any visible damage or delivery-related concern.
Delivery may be rescheduled if the site is inaccessible, required permissions are unavailable, or
the necessary arrangements have not been completed. Any additional delivery or re-delivery
costs arising from such circumstances may apply.
Important
Delivery timelines begin after payment completion and slab confirmation, and not from the
date the order is initially placed.
